Expectations

As an athlete, you are expected to display the highest level of standards in the classroom, on your specific playing field, and on your own time. You are a representation of your coach, the athletic director, the school and your community at all times. To be a member of Cougar athletics, you must choose to be a role model and give you best effort in all that you do.

We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.
